アメリカ政府が福島第一原発に関する重要な調査結果を発表しました。海外メディアの報道記事によると、アメリカ政府が福島原発事故で発生したセシウム放出量を計算してみたところ、チェルノブイリ原発事故の1.8倍に匹敵する値だったことが判明したとのことです。
また、アメリカ政府は「北太平洋の汚染は少ない」としながらも、「太平洋全体が福島原発事故で発生した放射能に汚染された」とも指摘しました。この値は人類が今まで爆発させた原爆や水爆を全て足した数よりも桁違いに多く、アメリカ政府は「人間を含めた地球上の生物に悪影響を与えるかもしれない」と報告しています。
当ブログでは前から欧州の福島原発事故測定値やオーストラリアの予測値を紹介していましたが、やっぱり、福島原発事故はチェルノブイリ事故を遥かに凌駕していました。アメリカの発表はセシウムだけの値なので、これにストロンチウム等の核種も含めれば、更に途方も無いほどの値になります。
東日本というよりも、太平洋全域に関わるような大問題であり、私達は今以上に福島原発事故の脅威と真剣に向き合う必要があると言えるでしょう。少なくとも、「食べて応援」とか言っている場合じゃあないです。

Researchers estimate up to 181 PBq of cesium has already been released during the Fukushima disaster (90 PBq of 134Cs + 91 PBq of 137Cs)
